Which time zones most of the team works: Berlin +/- 6 hours
The majority are working on European timezones, but they are open to almost any timezones (Canada is tricky, but would still consider)

Soft-skill requirements:
- Good English (as much as possible Advanced)
- Has an open source mindset
- uses crypto in real life
- Is able to write documentation
- has good time management skills
- is looking to grow, and is open to feedback

Experience requirements:
Nice if you have open source work experience
- we consider candidates with no blockchain experience

Education requirements:
University, it’s a plus, but it’s not mandatory

Salary range and bonuses:
1 team retreat every quarter of the year
2k laptop budget
3k per year for education

We run validators on cutting edge Proof of Stake networks such as Cosmos, Solana, Celo, Polkadot and Oasis. We are seeking a Blockchain Engineer with proficiency in Rust. The engineer will build inter-chain communications systems to serve infrastructural needs of application level developers.

Who is in the team (founders, # of employees, departments, superstars): they are 13 people at the moment, hiring another 7- so will be 20 soon
