Interact with Business Analyst and Developers to understand and test requirements.
Create manual testing scripts and repeatable processes to support the testing and successful delivery of the project
Perform manual and automated testing
Log, track and manage defect tickets and ensure they are included in the appropriate sprints
Creates automated test scripts that interface with unit testing already in place
Create and manage test script libraries
Perform regression testing
Collaborate with development staff to test software to ensure it meets the requirements
Work with the BA and SMEs to facilitate User Acceptance testing and feedback
Collaborate with the development team to provide ongoing operational support for users
Peer reviews all requirements artifacts for quality and completeness
Identify and escalate Change Requests and delivery variance to Project Management
Identify project risks and issues escalating those to Project Management
Qualifications:
Three or more years of direct SQA experience working closely with software development teams (required)
Experience with automated testing tools (required)
Basic experience with programming languages and concepts
Strong understanding of computer technologies; ability to anticipate, identify and overcome the technical risks involved with software product development
Experience using Agile concepts in the Software Development Lifecycle
Demonstrated career growth and development with increasing responsibility
Understanding of Atlassian team management tools or similar
Strong verbal and written communications skills to write clearly and concisely in English (required)
