3+ years of product management experience defining product strategy, prioritizing roadmaps and executing projects, ideally for large scale enterprise products

Ability to work comfortably in ambiguous situations and deliver on key initiatives
Ability to adjust communication style between developers in technical roles, and partners, colleagues, and external stakeholders in non-technical roles
Previous experience creating best-in-class dashboards and reporting experiences that enable users to self-service answers to pressing questions
Experience defining and driving product and go-to-market strategies for analytics
Excellent verbal and written English
BS in science, engineering, or equivalent technical and analytical acumen

Define and execute the strategy and roadmap for externalized dashboard experiences for Click clients
Gather requirements, source data, and deliver compelling visualizations to client stakeholders
Deeply understand the questions and insights our clients seek to answer to manage their employee's experiences inside Click Boarding
Perform all product management functions from product ideation and inception through to scalable growth, including product definition, prioritization of requirements, roadmap curation
Communicate with clients, partners, vendors and internal stakeholders on priorities, status updates and completion timelines
Identify, analyze, and mitigate risk exposure at all levels
Develop and analyze reporting metrics on product growth and development
Modern HR platform that enables the configuration of intuitive workflows for seamless transitions throughout the employee journey, from onboarding and crossboarding to offboarding.
