About the role

As a leader in the DataKitchen development team you will get a fast-paced startup experience. You will develop new features for our market-defining SaaS DataOps product, work directly with company founders and customers, enhance the scalability and reliability of the product, and contribute to our continuously improving Agile development process.

The successful candidate will be technically savvy, have a strong understanding of how software is built from the ground up, fantastic listening and synthesis skills, excellent attention to detail and follow-up, the ability to self-manage, and enthusiasm for our inclusive and supportive culture.


Our company is committed to being remote-first, with employees in Cambridge MA, various other states, Buenos Aires Argentina, Sicily and other locations.


Ideal Qualifications

  • 3 or more years of software product development experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager or Business Analyst
  • The ability to switch between speaking Ux, Ui, backend, QA, SRE, Customer, Executive, Sales person, and Python and/or JavaScript geek without skipping a beat
  • Excellent written and visual communication with the ability to pull signal from noise, collaborative instincts and talent as a consensus builder.
  • Ability to write high-level conceptual requirement documents and create Epics and Stories for developers.
  • An agile, customer-oriented mindset and experience with Scrum
  • Enthusiasm, curiosity and drive!


You must be located within GMT+2 (e.g. Italy) to GMT-8 (e.g. CA). We will not consider candidates outside those time zones. We do not work with recruiters. Everyone else, if in doubt please reach out!



Qualifications That Are a Plus

  • Experience negotiating priorities for one or more product development teams
  • Experience managing a JIRA backlog with a high throughput continuous deployment pipeline
  • Experience creating products for developers and/or data analysts
