We are looking for a HR Manager who will control a full cycle of HR in our company and align business objectives with teams located in Ukraine and India.
Success in this role will require influential partnerships with management within the organisation to execute the HR strategies that foster organisational and people effectiveness.
Requirements:
• 2+ years of experience as an International HR/HRBP or similar role;
• International Remote Developer recruitment experience;
• Experience in managing and organizing remote teams;
• Strong understanding of how to bring people management processes and best practices into life;
• High integrity, ability to maintain confidentiality at all times, positive attitude, personal maturity, stress resistance, adaptability;
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
• Advanced English is a must;
Key Responsibilities:
• Own a full employee life-cycle and manage key HR-processes related to it: onboarding, development, L&D, retention, separation;
• Support the implementation of the company policies as well as identify new HR-processes that could be introduced or suggest modifications to existing policies with organizational values and goals;
• Find and build efficient cooperation with International Recruitment agencies to bring the best talents to the team;
• Create, implement, strategize, maintain HR processes in daily activities of the company unit;
• Develop strategic plans for growing top-performing talents within the company;
• Formulate critical issues discovered in people management of an organizational unit/project and come up with reasonable solutions;
