IT Recruiter / Recruitment Team Leader for a Big and Prominent Company

Now we're looking for an experienced recruiter to help us find more great talent, building all the pieces of this relations puzzle. We're not just referring to developers or testers, but also internet marketers, PMs, salespeople, and other non-technical staff.

We know that finding truly professional and engaged candidates is not that easy. That's why we're looking for someone who takes this as an interesting challenge, not a reason to give up. And someone who genuinely loves people :)

💪 About you

Professional knowledge and skills

• Experience in recruiting, active personnel search starting from half a year.
• Ability to work with Google Docs, staff assessment systems.
• Ability to understand people and desire to help them.
• Ability to work in a multitasking environment.
• Ability to express thoughts correctly and clearly both written and verbal.

Personal qualities:

• The desire to grow and to become a Team Lead very soon.
• Ability to make contact with people you don't know.
• The ability to independently learn and acquire new skills (we believe in the principle "you cannot teach, you can only be taught").
• Positive thinking.
• Self-organization.

Nice to Have:

• Experience closing technical positions at the Middle level and higher.
• English proficiency: the Intermediate or higher.
