About the role

Mission and goal: 

As a Sales Manager, your goal is to sell the services of world-class tech professionals recruitment to foreign companies. This includes the work with warm leads from ads and SEO, cold leads through LinkedIn / email, running calls with potential clients and client support, up-sell and cross-sell of the services of Ukrainian agencies.

Responsibilities:

  • Participation in Sales strategy development
  • Building a potential clients database (your own research, Sales Navigator, Expandi)
  • Work in a CRM, keeping track of statuses and tasks (Hubspot)
  • Writing letters, follow-ups, creation of short video-presentations (Loom)
  • Active development of your LinkedIn page and personal brand
  • Warm leads processing, including online (Intercom)
  • Study of the recruiting and outsourcing markets, examination of our talent base
  • Execution of KPI on the contacts, constant conversion improvement
  • Building long-term relationships with the clients
  • Routine automation, focus on what matters
  • Analysis of the results and self-improvement
  • Providing reports, participation in teem-meetings

Minimum requirements:

  • Fluent Russian/Ukrainian
  • Advanced level of English
  • Min. 2 years of experience in Sales
  • Min. 1 year of experience in B2B Sales
  • Knowledge of online-sales peculiarities
  • Startup-thinking, understanding of the Sales role within an overall strategy
  • Knowledge of instruments for LinkedIn and Email
  • Charisma, creativity, and empathy
  • Systematic approach to processes- and time-management
  • Know how to express and defend your opinion
  • Sense of responsibility, proactivity, honesty
  • Love the people and desire to be helpful

Desirable but not mandatory:

  • Work experience in outsourcing, marketplaces or recruitment
  • Own contacts database
  • Experience in email-marketing
  • Experience in running webinars
  • Sound understanding of the Ukrainian digital market

Team:

Both co-founders are experienced entrepreneurs and marketers. Our team also includes web-developer, back-end developer, SEO, designers, copywriters, biz devs, recruiters, and interns. The whole team is young but highly experienced, devoted, and passionate.
