The uperiaka.com B2B academy team is looking for an experienced and / or rapidly growing marketer with CMO potential to work directly with the owner of the academy and to create funnels and attract potential students to them.
Main responsibilities:
- Development of funnels "opt-in - warm-up - tripwire - product - upsell"
- Customize pixel and analytics for traffic management
- Development and creation of PPC campaigns and their optimization
- Constant generation of new hypotheses, testing of channels and creatives
- Offering UX optimization solutions to increase funnel conversions
- Start every day with analytical dashboards in order to understand what has changed and what needs to be changed
- Continuous automation of everything that can be automated
Must have:
- 30-50 hours per week
- High autonomy, proactivity and productivity
- Experience, experience, experience, quality is important, not quantity
- Ability to work in startups and fast-changing environments
- Tolerance and respect for mistakes, the ability to react quickly and learn
- Passion for marketing, startups and a desire to constantly experiment
