About The Role

• Guiding projects from start to finish. Determining scope, assigning tasks, scheduling deadlines;
• Ensuring everyone has what they need to get their work done. And if they don’t, figuring out what they need and remove roadblocks;
• Working cross-functionally and across geographies with stakeholders at all levels to support large-scale projects and initiatives;
• Facilitating communication between stakeholders;
• Conducting timely performance evaluations and carrying out other supervisory responsibilities.

‍What It Takes to Succeed‍

• 1+ years of project management experience with cross-functional teams;
• Strong understanding of marketing technologies, process, and best practices;
• Proven success delivering a high volume results on time with minimal direction;
• Solutions-oriented, with a strong desire to always improve relationships and processes;
• Adapted to different tasks that vary between complex analyses and hands-on projects;
• Able to work autonomously, with solid decision-making skills;
• Team-oriented and able to advocate the best practices and resolve issues;
• Fluent in English;
• Knowledge of blockchain/robotics/IoT would be an advantage.
