About The Role
- Co-developing the marketing strategy and marketing plan to achieve company's goals
- Managing team members and contractors on every day basis
- Guiding activities from start to finish. Determining scope, assigning tasks, scheduling deadlines;
- Ensuring everyone has what they need to get their work done. And if they don’t, figuring out what they need and remove roadblocks;
- Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors’ activities;
- Working cross-functionally with stakeholders and facilitating communication between team members;
- Conducting timely performance evaluations and carrying out other supervisory responsibilities.

‍What It Takes to Succeed‍
- Experience in creating e-commerce/D2C brands and bringing them to the global market;
- 1+ years of project management experience with cross-functional teams;
- Up-to-date with marketing technologies, process, and best practices;
- Solutions-oriented, with a strong desire to always improve relationships and processes;
- Able to work autonomously, with solid decision-making skills;
- Team-oriented and able to advocate the best practices and resolve issues;
- Fluent in English.
