About the role

Role Description:

StoreMapper is seeking a part-time remote Product Manager located in an EU timezone for our StoreMapper team to oversee initiatives to grow our StoreMapper customer base. This position is 20 hours/week to start with the possibility to increase to 40h/week in the future based on performance and portfolio opportunities. The Product Manager is responsible for leading/collaborating on ideas to grow the business, and executing those initiatives. An ideal candidate is self-guided, intellectually curious, efficient, and an independent learner.

The expectations of the Product Manager will include:

  • Develop and implement a Product/Marketing/Growth strategy with the team
  • Strategic partnership development
  • Grow customer base
  • Write product specifications and work with Development to deliver on time and on budget
  • Determine customer needs by obtaining market information & competition analysis
  • Beat our competition in comparables in every way (new and existing channels)
  • Collaborate with the Growth, Development, and Customer Happiness Teams
  • Report on business outcomes


Required Competencies:

  • Good understanding of SaaS businesses, & the tools used to manage and grow them
  • Excellent and clear communication skills, both written & verbal
  • Data Analysis
  • English Native or Bilingual
  • Self-starter, capable of working independently
  • Strong organization, multi-tasking, and time management skills
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills


Desired Qualifications


  • Understanding of Shopify and Shopify Partner apps
  • 5+ years of product management, marketing and growth experience
  • SaaS experience
  • CMS / eCommerce platform experience (Shopify, BigCommerce, Wordpress, etc.)
  • Experience working in an entrepreneurial/startup environment
  • Experience working with a remote team
  • Nice to have: white label experience

Compensation varies with experience and qualifications. This job is remote / work from home starting at 20 hours a week and requires that you have a reliable internet connection and a computer with a webcam for video calls.
