Responsibilities
Act as a single point of contact for customers, for questions regarding functionality of the software
Help customers to resolve issues with software
Provide software training to new customers
Report software bugs to development team
Qualifications:
Experienced user of any enterprise information management system (ERP, CRM, others)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Attentiveness & Patience
English — upper intermediate
