Position: full — time / from office (location - Lviv, UA)

Working hours: 3 m — 1 a.m. Local time.

Position Overview

The primary role of Recruiter:

achieve hiring goals and a set of key performance indicators of Recruiter;
perform systemically recruiting activities constantly to enlarge the numbers of truck drivers for the Vista Trans Holding fleet;
establish and develop a high volume quality relationship with the current and future truck drivers;
stay abreast of driver relations specialty, recruiting trends and best practices;

Duties & Responsibilities:
meet hiring goals by filling open positions with talented and qualified truck drivers;
understand and perform recruiting operations and all the processes associated with them;
answer all incoming calls, provide complete and correct information for truck drivers who are interested in work or cooperation;
screen candidates, conducting phone interviews to determine the driver’s qualifications, facilitating job offers;
daily process leads in Helix system following established rules and standards;
maintain and develop amicable, genuine, and supportive relations on a highly professional level, with all truck drivers;
provide worthy support to current and future truck drivers;
communicate and promptly provide the new or necessary information (data) to truck drivers following the official announcement of the company;
сonduct various truck driver’s surveys, collect feedback;
respond to comments and questions on the company’s official pages on social media;
analyze and operate with the KPI data related to recruiting and building driver relations;
participate in developing the best key measures of department’s activities and achievements;
