-Wordpress expertise
-Extensive knowledge of modifying existing theme templates (support, extend and/or enhance existing code)
-Web Technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, JQuery
-Server Side Technologies: PHP, all others a plus
-Can review and interpret business and technical requirements
-Knows its way around MySQL
-Understanding of SEO
-English written and verbal communication capabilities
