We do not collect any special categories of Personal Data about you. This includes details about Your race or ethnicity, religious or philosophical beliefs, sexual orientation, political opinions, trade union membership, information about Your health and genetic and biometric data.

The Company may use Personal Data to help Job Seekers find jobs and to help Employers find candidates. In order to do this, We use Your Personal Data to:

Provide and maintain Our Service and give You relevant search results and recommended jobs, including to monitor the usage of Our Service and to show You content that We think You may be interested in. We may also provide information collected pursuant to this Privacy Policy, including Personal Data, to Employers that may be interested in contacting you. By applying to a job, answering questions, providing Your contact information to show interest in a job, or by replying to a message from an Employer, You agree to the disclosure of Your information to that Employer.

To manage Your Account: to manage Your registration as a user of the Service. The Personal Data You provide can give You access to different functionalities of the Service that are available to You as a registered user. We reserve the right to charge third parties a fee for accessing Your information, including Personal Data, as part of Our services. At Your direction, We may also send Your resume to third parties if You choose to apply for a job.

For the performance of a contract: the development, compliance, and undertaking of the purchase contract for the services You have purchased or of any other contract with Us through the Service.

To contact You: To contact You by email, telephone calls, SMS, Our chat or other equivalent forms of electronic communication, such as a mobile application's push notifications regarding updates or informative communications related to the functionalities, products or contracted services, including sending You text messages about Employer appointments, the security updates, when necessary or reasonable for their implementation.

To provide You with news, special offers and general information about other goods, services and events which We offer that are similar to those that You have already purchased or enquired about unless You have opted not to receive such information.

To manage Your requests: To attend and manage Your requests to Us.

RETENTION OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA

The Company will retain Your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. We will retain and use Your Personal Data to the extent necessary to comply with Our legal obligations (for example, if We are required to retain Your data to comply with applicable laws), resolve disputes, and enforce Our legal agreements and policies.

With Employers: We may share Job Seeker Personal Data to Employers on the instruction of Job Seekers. Such transfers are performed in the course of application and interview process. Employers agree to comply with all their responsibilities under applicable data protection rules with respect to the collection, processing, and storage of Personal Data, as well as providing adequate protection of all data subject rights provided for under all applicable data protection rules.

With Job Seekers: We may share certain Employer-related information to Job Seekers. This includes publishing Job Ads, Company Pages.

With Service Providers: We may share Your personal information with Service Providers to monitor and analyze the use of our Service, to show advertisements to You to help support and maintain Our Service, to contact You, to advertise on third party websites to You after You visited Our Service or for payment processing.

For Business transfers: We may share or transfer Your personal information in connection with, or during negotiations of, any merger, sale of Company assets, financing, or acquisition of all or a portion of Our business to another company.

With other users: when You share personal information or otherwise interact in the public areas with other users, such information may be viewed by all users and may be publicly distributed outside. If You interact with other users or register through a Third-Party Social Media Service, Your contacts on the Third-Party Social Media Service may see Your name, profile, pictures and description of Your activity.
