About the role


  • Review & analyze business and functional requirements
  • High-level estimation (in Story points, t-shirt sizes), based on Acceptance Criteria, and detailed estimation during Sprint planning
  • Required test coverage evaluation & traceability matrix creation
  • Test documentation creation (detailed test cases, checklists) for new features
  • Regression test documentation updating
  • Test data creation
  • Test cases execution based on test cases/checklist
  • Defects reporting and work with bug tracking tool (Jira), defects supporting during the life cycle
  • Review, analyze, and document test results and metrics (work with CF, Jira, google-docs)
  • Collaborate with other QA team members, Dev and PM teams;
  • Work in Scrum Team (Agile methodology)


  • Courses about testing or Recent grads & soon-to-be grads in Computer Science.
  • English level (speaking, writing, reading) - strong Intermediate level
  • Good knowledge of QA process, terminology, and methodology.
  • Ability to write clear, audience aware and business-like e-mails, status reports, and summaries
  • Willing to adjust your schedule to synchronize with the team
  • Ability to recognize when an issue needs to be escalated to a higher level
  • Ability to learn new tools & technologies quickly
  • Good teamwork skills.
  • Good communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized with the ability to handle multiple tasks

  • Knowledge in defect tracking systems and test tools.
  • ISTQB certificate
  • Ability to think beyond just what is on the monitor to the servers and architecture of the entire system.
  • An understanding of networking and web technologies such as HTML, JavaScript, asp, Flash, etc.
