About the role

Job Summary

We are looking for a talented Technical Writer to help create and build a modern documentation and user assistance infrastructure. You will be a part of the product management team, working closely with engineering, product marketing, and customer enablement to create resources that document what the product does. As a Manager Technical Writer, you will be responsible for building and forming the technical writing team and managing them daily.


Building and forming the technical writing team and managing them on a day-to-day basis,
Assist the technical writing team with the annual performance reviews and merit increases,
Identify customers’ needs and gaps in our content and recommend new topics,
Ensure all-around consistency (style, fonts, images and tone)
Work with developers, technology leaders, and other subject matter experts to gather and document product / service information
Proactively suggesting and developing materials to align with overall product objectives
Work with Support and CSM on customer feedback and solutions to improve product and service documentation / content for a better customer experience
Edit text for technical clarity, accuracy, grammar, consistent terminology, and style
Design documentation templates and standards
Ensure uniformity and consistency of the narration style in the created content according to the corporate templates and standards
Keep task backlog up-to-date


2-3 years English language documentation authoring
Excellent written and spoken English, as well as proficient communication skills
Expert in creating clear, concise language and sentence structure
Template design experience
Experience in Confluence, Microsoft Office, and SharePoint
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to research and collate background information from a variety of internal and external sources
Attention to detail
Good time-management skills
Ability to work on several projects in parallel
Writing samples preferred
Knowledge of Markdown and HTML will be a plus
Experience with issue tracking systems will be a plus (JIRA, Azure DevOps, Trello, etc.)
Experience with image and video editors
Experience in cross-team collaboration


Higher education / Degree or relevant technical certifications (preferred)
