Blockchain Developer

This position is a unique opportunity to work with an experienced team on cutting-edge blockchain networks and financial services around cryptocurrency.

We are seeking a Blockchain Engineer with proficiency in Rust. The engineer will build inter-chain communications systems to serve infrastructural needs of application level developers.

Who is in the team (founders, # of employees, departments, superstars): they are 13 people at the moment, hiring another 7- so will be 20 soon
The majority are in Europe, 2 in India

Which time zones most of the team works: Berlin +/- 6 hours
The majority are working on European timezones, but they are open to almost any timezones (Canada is tricky, but would still consider)

Soft-skill requirements:
- Good English (as much as possible Advanced)
- Has an open source mindset
- uses crypto in real life
- Is able to write documentation
- has good time management skills
- is looking to grow, and is open to feedback

Experience requirements:
NICE IF nice if you have open source work experience
- we consider candidates with no blockchain experience

Education requirements:
University, it’s a plus but it’s not mandatory

Salary range and bonuses:
1 team retreat every quarter of the year
2k laptop budget
3k per year for education
