Responsibility examples:
* Working closely with CEO and Head of Administration
* Managing daily emails and diary
* Creating reports from Canva templates
* Being proactive in problem-solving
* Confidence in trying things and learning from mistakes
* Processing clients applications

Our Head of Administration (HOA) is in Vilnius, Lithuania and has made a strong recommendation for us to hire our Administrative Assistant’s in Ukraine. Cameron James, provides Financial Planning and Investment advice to clients all over the globe. As such, we work to high standards and need our Administrative Assistants with a high attention to detail who care about their role and take pride in the quality of their work.
