This is essentially COO / Operation manager who will:
-Manage our support team
-Manage & execute new projects / initiatives we have planned
-Make sure some of our recurring activities for our customers happen on schedule
-Hire & onboard new team members to support our growth goals
-Create visibility into company metrics / outputs (dashboard)
Soft-skill requirements:
-Eager to learn new technologies
-An integral personal
-Good English (B2-C2)
-Is looking to create cool projects and is not afraid to try new things
-Is confident and has a positive attitude
-Holidays, Vacations, sick days
We are open for discussion, but at least 2 weeks fully paid is not a problem
P.S:
If the employees have a cool idea for a project, we are able to actually fully fund it, and let you create it and help you through-out the process
