Test Automation Engineer

Fully remote and distributed team is looking for a Test Automation Engineer to help us safely refactor and extend a legacy app.

We’re bootstrapped, profitable, and growing with no outside capital so far.

You will be charge of overall automation strategy:

• Choose & setup testing stack upon agreement with the dev team
• Writing and maintaining test scenarios
• Working with the development team to provide test coverage for new features
• Help us to get a 100% test coverage using end-to-end automated testing

What we’re looking for:

• 3+ year experience with automated testing
• Experience with testing SPA JS apps
• Hands-on experience with Agile-driven development
• Previous experience working in remote team
• Analytical and problem-solving skills along with attention to detail
• Great written and verbal communication skills

Our stack is:

• Legacy Rails application serving multiple purposes
• New React.JS frontends (we’re on a migration path to get more stuff into React)
