As a Software Engineer on our Customer Success team, you will be working to make our service as easy as possible for our users. You’ll be improving the product where there are pain-points and helping to ensure we can resolve customer issues as painlessly and efficiently as possible. You will need to be a generalist who is happy to work across our existing technology stack and also be willing to suggest new tools and systems where you think they are needed. In this role, you will need to work alongside our Customer Success Advocates and a range of specialist engineers to solve problems so clearly written communication should be something you value.
Our platform is mostly Django backed by a Postgres database. We use some common Python & Django libraries such as Pandas and (the awesome) Django Rest Framework which we also sponsor.
All our native apps are built using React Native using common React Native libraries such as Redux and Sagas for state management. All of our infrastructure is hosted in AWS and deployments are managed with Ansible and CloudFormation. Our CI / CD pipeline is built on Github and we use Bitrise for app building and shipping.
