His Lovers, Full Stack Web-Developer

DESCRIPTION:

* We’re looking for a Full Stack Developer / Software Engineer to build responsive web app alongside of experience entrepreneurs. You would be responsible for developing both front- and back-end systems for the entire web app. You’ll be working closely with a Lead Designer and Product Manager to create the user interface for a new social discovery web app which aims to help people find love. You’ll be writing code for front-end web app features and interactions, as well as developing databases and services for back-end functionality.
* You’ll make a big impact on the product since you’re the first full time developer on the team, and will be given the autonomy to make technology decisions based on frameworks and libraries of your choice.
* Experience or interest in designing consumer facing websites and apps is a plus.

REQUIREMENTS:

* End of end development of a React web app with Node.JS backend
* Managing the complete software development process from conception to deployment
* Maintaining and upgrading the web app following deployment
* Overseeing and guiding the analyzing, writing, building, and deployment of software
* Overseeing the automated testing and providing feedback to management during the development process


PREFERRED SKILLS (PARENTHESIS ARE REQUIRED):

* Front-end technologies: JavaScript, CSS3 and HTML5 and third-party libraries such as (React), Angular, and jQuery
* Development languages: Knowledge of server-side programming languages including (Node.JS + Express), Python + Django, ASP.NET, Go, Kotlin, Ruby
* Database and cache: Familiarity with DBMS technology, such as SQLServer, Oracle, MongoDB and (MySQL) and caching mechanisms such as Redis, Memcached and Varnish
* Server: Familiar with (AWS), Google Cloud/ Firebase, and experience working with Nginx or Apache servers with a background in Linux
