As a Lead Researcher at Make it in Ukraine, you will be tasked with growing our base of target companies within our CRM that the sales team can reach out to. You will work closely with our Head of Sales. You will be provided monthly targets to work towards, along with guidance on how to find new companies that fit within our target customer base.

Responsibilities:

 Research contact information for sales leads

• Find out information about prospective clients (by Websites, LinkedIn), source the names of key ‘decision makers’, clarify and confirm contacts, email, and phone numbers
• Work with various online tools and databases to enrich leads
• Record all lead details in a CRM
• Communicate with the Head of Sales to help define our ideal customer profile

Requirements:

• High attention to detail, organized and practical approach to research
• Team player, good interpersonal and organizational skills
• B2 English (Upper Intermediate)
• Expertise with Google docs
