People are drawn to you. You're able to speak to 20 people a day and actually get energy from it. You love learning about people, their ambitions, hopes and dreams.

On a daily basis, you'll be responsible for the sourcing and vetting of our talent. The most skilled engineers, designers and marketers from all over Ukraine. You'll be guiding them on what's best for them, while working with the Matchmaker to make sure the client also gets the best fit.

Likely, you won't just be using one sourcing method, such as boolean, X-ray or scraping, but many. Perhaps you can also network online, in person, or have ideas on how you can grow your base. You'll always be looking for new, better approaches.

Must haves:

1. Fluent Russian, Ukraine and, B2+ English
2. 2+ years in Tech Recruitment
3. Good understanding of sourcing techniques
4. Great interviewing skills
5. Fantastic knowledge of tech stacks, tools, technologies and principles
6. Solid understanding of remote team techniques, communication structures and tool stack
