We are looking for an experienced UI/UX designer to join our team for a long term on our own product.

Duties and work processA candidate shall participate in the research process, work on design sprints, create and maintain a design system, develop a scalability plan along with product owner. A candidate will also be a part of the team and will collaborate on the development process defining UI-kit and motion guidelines.

• An ability to analyze product / market objectives and challenges that could affect the design

Required Hard Skills:– 2+ years UX and UI interface design (dashboards / mobile / webapps)– Experience of work with design systems / complicated UI-kits– Good prototyping abilities;– Good knowledge Sketch, Figma;– High attention to details

• Native Ukrainian / Russian speaker

Nice to have:– Adobe After Effects experience– Upper-Intermediate+ level in English.
