NineTwoThree Digital Ventures is a small fast-growing firm based in Boston. We have built 9 startups of our own and specialize in custom software development (Mobile, Web, IoT) for clients in North America.
We invite an IT Recruiter to join our HR department and help us grow our result-oriented team. In this role, you will take part in searching IT specialists from Ukraine, Poland, Moldova and other European countries.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in IT recruitment;
- Experience in hiring developers of various levels and positions;
- Understanding of full-cycle recruitment process;
- At least Upper-intermediate level of English (written and spoken);
- Excellent oral and written communication skills;
- Proactive and result-oriented person;
- Strong networking skills.
You are expected to:
- Leading full-cycle recruitment (sourcing, identifying, evaluating, closing);
- Search for talents using several channels (LinkedIn, Djinni, GitHub, Stack Overflow, job boards, social media, internal database, etc.);
- Partner and work closely with the HR team to design the hiring process and ensuring high-quality talent recruitment;
- Creating and placing vacancies at different professional resources;
- Proactively develop and execute candidate-generation strategies and ideas using all available recruiting tools;
- Monitoring job market;
- Take an active role in forming and promoting the employer brand;
- Create and extend the recruiting pipeline, maintain a database of candidates and recruitment-related reports;
- Hiring in Ukraine, Poland, etc.
