Billing Specialist

Hey there! We are looking for a talented, Еnglish proficient and experienced billing specialist to our team.

What you will be doing:

-Verify payer source for all residents to ensure that payment will be done
-Facilitate Medicaid Pending application process
-Communicate with a biller to coordinate activities
-Collaborate with facility administration to obtain all payment due
-Review reports to monitor payment activity
-Other duties as assigned

What we expect from a candidate:
-Preferably be familiar with Medicare/Medicaid processes
-Basic computer skills such as knowledge of Microsoft Office
-Upper-Intermediate English
-Excellent communication skills
-Able to prioritize and meet deadlines
-Attentiveness to details
-Ability to multitask
-Ability to learn fast and apply knowledge
-Ability to keep calm in stressful situations
-Organization skills
-Ukrainian/Russian native speaker
