About the role

• Development and implementation of a B2B business process for the sale of logistics services and a system of performance indicators aimed at implementing the company’s commercial strategy;

• Planning and achieving the targets of sales level and profitability, conversion rates for all sales channels;

• Personal direct sales of logistics services, negotiation and preparation of presentations, business development through participation in tenders for logistics services;

• Development of a sales strategy for each region, sales channel, group of customers;

• Participation in the design of a portfolio of logistics services;

• Creation and management of a highly professional and motivated sales team;

• Integration of automation and necessary technologies to improve the efficiency of the sales department;

• Study and monitoring of the logistics market, preparation of analytics;

• Effective cross-functional interaction with all departments of the company.


•2+ years of experience as a sales manager/lead in a logistics or freight forwarding company, confirmed by figures and recommendations from the previous projects;

• Successful experience of personal direct sales and participation in tenders for the logistics services (international forwarding services: trucking, air logistics, container shipping, as well as customs brokerage services);

• Availability of your own client base;

• Monitoring skills and influence on the performance of key indicators of the sales department (sales plan, conversion in sales, the number of total and successful calls, control of compliance with the sales script);

• Experience in adaptation, training and motivation of sales staff;

• Excellent knowledge of 1C 8, MS Office (Word, Excel), experience with CRM systems and logistics software is preferred;

• Systems thinking, analytical skills;

• Result-oriented;

• Leadership and managerial skills;

• Negotiation skills;

•Ready to regular business trips using your own car;

• English proficiency: Upper Intermediate (business)
