Product Owner

We are looking for an experienced product owner to improve our strategy and operations within the Game Dev department.This involves overseeing all product decisions and coordinating with management to execute the strategic vision for our flagship product, the trading card game.

Responsibilities

- Assess short-term and long-term product development strategies by timeline and resources

- Create product management plans that will adjust primary strategies based on market conditions and expectations

- Review marketing strategies for the flagship gaming product and ensure they align with the executive vision

- Serve as the key conduit to business users for requirements and analysis, and work with the game development lead to define and manage requirements

- Liaise between development, marketing and executive teams to ensure deliverables are on time and aligned with KPIs

- Prioritize items on the backlog

- Guide the development team on Scrum values, principles and processes

- Prepare and document Functional and Technical Design specifications

Requirements

- Mid- to Senior-level experience in a fast-paced technology environment

- Excellent organizational and documentation skills

- Worked in a large team as a key business individual

- Good grasp of verbal and written English;

- Extensive knowledge of SDLC and Agile methodologies (JIRA, or similar, is essential)

- Experience working with product marketing teams

- Huge bonus: Experience in a crypto company
