Project Manager/Marketing Team Lead

We are searching for a responsible team lead for our marketing team that would lead the marketing team that consists of: other project managers, designers, motion designers, front end developers, copywriters and more.
This person has to be able to feel what company needs as a company and has to spread the tasks and manage their execution by marketing team.

‍Tasks would cover:
- email marketing;
- SMM;
- communicational management (announcements etc);
- PR;
- communication with the client;
- creation of marketing creatives for Facebook and Google ads;
- creation of marketing videos;
- creation of content marketing texts;
- managing of operations;
- coding the landing pages;
- creating the landing pages layouts, texts and designs and more
- managing a team of 10-15 employees with the help of 1-2 other project managers
- ideally with experience in fintech or betting.

Requirements:
- minimum 4 years of experience;
- very good English (writing and speaking);
- perfect team work;
- ability to manage a big team;
- ability to communicate with higher management;
