Senior/Lead Backend Developer

We create our own mobile apps. We do not have external customers, so we decide for ourselves which apps to make. In our team, everyone, from marketer to developer, can come up with their own product ideas and influence their development.

Now we are looking for a Senior / Lead Backend Developer to build internal end-to-end marketing analytics for mobile apps: from traffic attribution to server-side events, from ad creative to LTV prediction.

If you already have such experience, then this vacancy is just an opportunity to realize exactly your ideas and approaches in work. There will be no legacy code and someone else's incomprehensible architecture. On the contrary: much has to be done from scratch.

For our part, we will provide flexibility, speed in decision-making, and adequate management.

Professional knowledge and skills:

• 4+ years of experience in backend development.
• API experience - App Store subscriptions, Google Play Subscriptions.
• Experience with Python / Golang / PHP / NodeJS (one of the listed) for at least 3 years.
• Experience with PostgreSQL / MongoDB / ClickHouse databases.
• Experience in building product architecture.

Personal qualities:

• Ability to focus on details, not forgetting about the big picture of what is happening.
• Willingness to make independent decisions.
• Ability to clearly and competently convey your thoughts to the interlocutor.

Will be a plus:

• Experience with Apple Search Ads.
• Experience with Google Ads (AdWords) Conversions & Reports.
• Experience with Facebook API (Graph & Marketing).
• Experience with SkAdNetwork.

Functional responsibilities:

Develop internal end-to-end marketing analytics for mobile apps, and engage in its support and development in the future.
