Software Engineer with DevOps experience (Ruby, Go)

Openware is building high performance systems for the FinTech industry, we are looking to grow our team of Full Stack engineers for developing new microservices in golang but also maintaining some of the existing components in Rails; you can learn about our projects on github.com/openware .
— Experience working with Git, Docker and kubernetes
— 4+ years experience in backend software development (Ruby, Python, Node, Golang)
— Experience with high performance and HA environments
— Must be comfortable with Linux command line and shell scripting (Bash, zsh)
— Have conviction around integration, unit, stress testing and devops best practices
— You must be able to learn Ruby and Golang rapidly

Nice to have:

— Experience with AWS or GCP services highly desirable
— Experience with React/Native, NodeJS, Typescript.
— Experience releasing highly scalable products
— Experience implementing and consuming large scale web services
— Working knowledge of service-oriented patterns
— Ruby on Rails experience
— Java, Scala and Kafka experience
