Technical Product Manager

A small but growing quant fund. We were founded over twelve years agoand are looking for a Technical Product Manager who can help us scale, improve data quality, and better operationalize.

Live Data Entry (LDE) Team

The Live Data Entry (LDE) team manages live and historical data collection . We’ve grown from five overseas contractors to over fifty in a couple years.

This role’s responsibilities:

Be the eyes and ears of the team to the contractors
Scaling and/or improving our KPIs. The levers to do this include personnel selection, compensation/incentives, initial training, evaluation/feedback, UX improvements, defining data factors strategically
Propose and improve metrics for contractors (quality, efficiency, value)
Monitor quality metrics daily and work closely with the contractors to improve their value to us
Manage contracts and payment of contractors with our CFO
Maintain strong relationships with team leads and individual contractors

2 to 6 years of product management or data/management consulting experience
Bored when not challenged and hungry for growth
Have a passion for solving business problems
Energized by impact, and eager to see quick turnarounds
Enjoy experimenting, bringing clarity to ambiguous problems, and learning from failures
