Technical Product Owner

• Experience guiding blockchain-centric software products, strong understanding of blockchain technology
• Experience leading multi-department teams: clarifying requirements, resolving conflicts, defining roadmap and driving progress
• Exceptional interpersonal skills (verbal and written)
• Excellent social skills, with an outgoing, open demeanour
• Skilled at translating between business and technical teams
• Ability to provide in-depth evaluations of complex engineering and analytic issues
• Highly developed listening and negotiating skills to find compromises and tradeoffs, enhancing delivered value
• Highly autonomous and comfortable working in an ambiguous, continually-changing environment
• Creativity to go beyond current processes to deliver the best solution for a problem or opportunity
• Bachelor's degree in any analytical, quantitative or technical field (engineering, math, computer science, finance or similar) or equivalent experience
• A team player with a passion for effective teamwork
• Experience in a fast-paced tech environment
• Native level English communication skills
