About the role

Your role:

As an active member of TELUS International, you will be at the heart of a major TELUS transformation program supporting it as a Business System Analyst. TELUS International is looking for a qualified professional to fill a Business Analyst position in our Digital Solutions team.

This person will be responsible for:
Collaborate with team members for problem-solving, bug fixes, new feature implementations, work planning, and code demonstrations
Collaborate with other teams to coordinate changes to shared interfaces
Collaborate with team and leaders to develop optimal technical solutions that balance the capabilities of third-party vendors, business requirements, and the team’s internal goals for technical excellence
Adhere to team standards for writing and documenting code
Learn and follow SAFE and Agile principles and processes

Required Skills:
5+ years of experience in:
Netcracker experience
Telecommunications experience
Business Analysis or Software Solution Architect
Leading Software Development Teams
Front End Software Programming
Software Solution Design
ReactJS Lifecycle comprehension
SQL Database query building

Desirable Skills in:
Minimum 5 years of experience developing consulting solutions e.g. IT roadmaps, analysis, design, and migration
Previous industry experience in Telecommunication companies
Cloud-based application management (GCP)
