Senior UX/UI Designer

Profile:

Our company is looking for a senior art director to tackle and innovate on a number of challenging UI/UX projects. These include complex interfaces for desktop and mobile. At least 5+ years of experience leading design projects

Responsibilities:

Design websites, landing pages, banners, ads, email campaigns and more.
Ensure design materials align with the UserWay brand.
Deliver user experience solutions with a focus on translating business and customer needs into UX deliverables.
Design user interfaces using agile methodology process used by millions of users worldwide.

Requirements:

5+ years of experience as a UX/UI design/Marketing Designer working on digital products.
Professional skills on design and UX platforms (Figma, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator)
Familiar with agile methodology (nice to have)
BA in Design or related field
