1. Processes

How are the processes in your company going? What tools do you use for management? Are they working well for your team? What can you improve? Check your core areas:

2. Teams' frame of mind

How did hiring go in 2020 for you? What are some things you can improve to maximize efficiency? How many people have you hired? Are you retaining key performers? 4. Value Delivery

Is your product or service delivering on promised value? How is your delivery process going? What feedback are you getting from your clients, are they satisfied? Examine the process as a whole as well as specific interactions to find bottlenecks and blind spots to work on in 2021.

5. Financial Details

Look closely at all the things you pay for, e.g. services, tools, subscriptions. Which services is your team using? How many team members use them? Is there anything you’re paying for without getting much use? Small costs add up over the year and this 15-20 minute checkup can save you a couple of thousands down the line. 

6. Communications

Do you work on building a strong employer brand inside and outside the company? Do you use social listening tools to be aware of what is happening around your company's name? Conduct a content audit, and examine your marketing materials, use those insights to improve your communication strategy next year.
